Hi all,

Though I would say that my knowledge on everyday economics is above average, I am woefully less educated on gold-based systems. I recently came across the Goldback (, and am curious what your thoughts are on this type of currency. I think it’s pretty brilliant, but obviously I’m either biased or just ignorant on the complexities of modern finance. Could this really be a solution to returning to a more usable gold standard?
